Rules for Vendors includes all the steps, payment instructions, permit links, and rules you must follow on Williamsville’s Island Park
Vendor Application officially signs you up to participate
Mayor’s Permit Application is a link to the mandatory Williamsville permit form for all organizations
Not-For-Profits only: If you are unable to provide a Certificate of Insurance, the Waiver Agreement is an alternate path

PARADE INFORMATION
Watch the October 12 parade on Main Street and get entry tickets for the $2000 prize giveaway and free pumpkin giveaway. Drop your entry tickets at the Fall Festival basket raffle tent immediately after the parade.
The 87th Annual Pulaski Day Parade will take place on October 12, 2025 at 1:00pm on Main Street in Williamsville. The parade will start at Williamsville South HS and end at Cayuga Road.
Line up begins at 11:30am at Williamsville South High School parking lot
The Pulaski Festival will follow in Williamsville’s Island Park
Fall Festival Schedule
October 11 (Island Park):
Free admission
12:00: Festival, basket raffle, and beer tent opens
Free pumpkin painting!
Activities for kids and families
1:00 - 4:00: Polka Buzz TV show tapings with Eddie Forman Orchestra and the world-famous Wesoly Lud Polish Folk Dance Company from Chicago (bring your own lawn chairs)
7:00 - 10:00: Hit N Run band
October 12 (Island Park):

1:00 - 2:00: Pulaski Day Parade on Main Street
2:00: Festival, basket raffle, and beer tent opens
$2000 prize giveaway for parade watchers
Free pumpkin giveaway
2:00 - 5:00: Bergholz German Band
2:00 - 6:00: Cultural Stage dance performances in the front of the park (bring your own lawn chairs)
6:00 - 9:00: Queen City (Queen Tribute Band)
Fall Festival and Parade Parking
Williamsville Island Park
There are several parking options near Island Park
Street parking
Behind Williamsville Village Hall - enter lot off of Cayuga Road (red star on map)
October 11: Williamsville Farmers Market will be in the parking lot adjacent to Island Park until 1pm. This will draw an additional crowd, but it adds to the overall Fall Fun!
October 12: Parade road closure from Youngs Road to Cayuga Road is expected from approximately 12:45pm to 2pm. To park near the parade (Williamsville South HS to Cayuga Road), please approach Main Street from the north (Sheridan Drive to Evans) or south (Wehrle Drive to Cayuga, or the neighborhood between Wehrle Drive and Main east of Garrison).
