Parade Application

The parade will take place on Sunday, October 12. 2025 in Williamsville, NY. Specific parade line up, order and meeting locations will be released 1-2 weeks ahead of the event. To be considered for awards (Parade Awards Ceremony to take place in October 2025), floats must clearly indicate the organization/family name.

Liability Release

I agree that I am over the age of 18 and on behalf of the group or family listed above, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The General Pulaski Association, Inc., its sponsors, The Village of Williamsville, its officers, employees, agents, consultants, subcontractors, insurers and representatives for any loss, damage or injury to myself/property in any way related to my participation in this program. This release of liability applies to me as well as my children, personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin. I authorize The General Pulaski Association, Inc. in a medical emergency to seek emergency medical assistance at my expense. I also agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by The General Pulaski Association, Inc. and the Parade Chair, as well as all state and local laws with regard to participation in the parade.
